Free tool · plan year 2027

Is your best-performing MA plan still offered in your county for 2027?

Pick a state and a county. We list every Medicare Advantage plan that was available there for 2026 and does not appear in the federal 2027 landscape file, with how much of the county's enrollment sits in those plans.

Built for hospital finance, managed-care and practice-management teams who need the payer-mix picture before budget season closes.

What this does not tell you

  1. 01

Why a plan is missing from the 2027 file. A second federal file explains that, and it posts after the landscape file.

  2. 02

Whether a plan's members will be moved to another plan automatically. That is in the same second file.

  3. 03

What any plan will cost for 2027, what its network will be, or which plan any individual should choose. This is not plan-shopping advice.

  4. 04

Exact enrollment. Cells below the federal publication floor of 11 are not published, so every count here is a floor and undercounts small rural counties most.

Beyond one county

Plan availability is one number a payer changes without telling you.

In Network watches payer medical policy, coding rules and contracted rates for hospitals and practices, and tells you the day something moves.

In Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any government agency.

This page is a summary of public CMS files. It is not advice about which plan anyone should choose, and it is not a plan comparison.

Plan availability can change. Verify any plan's status at medicare.gov or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), TTY 1-877-486-2048.

If you are looking at this because of your own coverage, medicare.gov and the number above are the right places to get an answer about it.
